At Cresco Developers, we strive to provide high-quality web development, software solutions, and subscription-based services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

1. Cancellation Policy

a. Subscription-Based Services

  • Customers can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team.
  • Upon cancellation, services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused days.
  • If you wish to prevent automatic renewal, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

b. Custom Development Services

  • Once a project has started, cancellation requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • If cancellation is requested before significant work has begun, a partial refund may be considered.
  • For projects already in progress, refunds will not be provided, but we may offer service credits for future projects.

c. One-Time Purchases & Digital Products

  • Digital products, including software licenses and downloadable items, are non-refundable once delivered.
  • If you experience technical issues, we will provide necessary support and troubleshooting.

2. Refund Policy

a. Eligible Refunds

We provide refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Double charges or billing errors due to technical issues on our platform.
  • Services not delivered as per the agreed scope due to errors on our part.
  • Unused subscription fees if cancellation was requested before the renewal but was not processed due to our system’s failure.

b. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Completed development services or delivered digital products.
  • Subscription fees for the current billing period after cancellation.
  • Refund requests made beyond 7 days from the date of payment.

c. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.
